DFG Research Group Urban Ethics

Since 2015 the urban ethics research group (funded by the German Research Foudation) examines how answers to the question “how should one live in the city?” are being negotiated. In twelve cities the interdisciplinary group works on a new approach to urban studies. In 2018 three additional years of funding were granted which enabled projects in Auckland, Mexico City, Munich, New York City, Rio de Janeiro and Tibilisi to be part of the group. You will find all information about the group’s concepts and material, conferences and further activities stemming from the first funding phase under 2015-2018.
